Pre-Screening Application
If you are interested in becoming an egg donor, please review our eligibility criteria and complete the pre-screening application.
Become a Donor
If it is determined that you are an ideal candidate for egg donation, you will have the chance to completely transform the lives of hopeful parents wishing to have a child.
Monitor Your Menstrual Cycle
The process begins with the monitoring of your menstruation cycle. You will use medications designed to stimulate the ovaries to produce a number of good quality eggs. All donors are closely monitored during this stage to ensure that the amount of hormones administered is correct.
HCG Injection
When blood tests and ultrasound monitoring suggest that the donor’s eggs have matured, she receives a human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) injection, which maintains her progesterone levels. This is the final step in egg maturity.
Egg Retrieval
About 36 hours later, the eggs are gently removed with an ultrasound-guided needle. Egg retrieval is a minor surgical procedure, and most women experience little to no discomfort.
Recovery
Egg retrieval is an outpatient procedure. After your donation, you will be fully recovered in about one to two days and your next menstrual cycle should be completely normal.
