The fees enclosed in this packet are significantly reduced and cannot be billed to insurance providers. The price cut complies with PPACA and fair health consumer data. The prices listed are for cash payments only, and if you have insurance or an employer benefit, your pricing may differ. Military Fertility Discount 

At Heartland Center for Reproductive Medicine, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the brave military members who have dedicated themselves to serving our country. In recognition of their sacrifices, we proudly offer a fertility discount for U.S. active-duty military personnel, reservists, and retirees. We are expanding our fertility services for active-duty members and their spouses, ensuring that those who serve our nation have the opportunity to grow their families. 

About the Military Fertility Discount: 

Our military fertility discount is designed to make fertility treatments more accessible and affordable. HCRM provides a 15% discount to patients without insurance coverage for these services. This discount applies to self-pay prices for active-duty military, reservists, and retirees, helping to reduce outof- pocket costs for infertility treatments. Please note that discounts do not apply to fees paid to outside facilities or those covered by insurance.

Delivering Financial Support

Heartland Fertility is proud to partner with Delivering Hope The Cash and Cooper Foundation. This amazing organization provides financial support in the form of grants to those struggling with infertility, allowing families to get the financial support they need to pay for fertility treatments. These grants are awarded annually, and grant amounts may vary. Please check back here for more information and to apply when applications open.
