Elizabeth Weedin,
DO, MS, FACOG Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Weedin is a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist who was born and raised in Waverly, Nebraska. Dr. Weedin received her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and then moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she attended medical school and graduated from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Weedin completed her general Obstetrics and Gynecology residency as well as her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. During her medical training she has been admitted into both Sigma Sigma Phi as well as to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Additionally, she obtained a Masters Degree in Clinical and Translational Science through the University of Oklahoma College of Public Health during fellowship training.

Dr. Weedin’s research interests include polycystic ovary syndrome and the impact of lifestyle, mental, and emotional health, on infertility. Clinically, Dr. Weedin has special interests in infertility, reproductive surgery and utilization of the DaVinci Robot, multi-disciplinary and patient-centered approaches to patient care. She prides herself on prioritizing the patient-physician relationship in each patient's journey and focuses on transparency and mutual decision making.

Personally, Dr. Weedin is best known as “Betsy” and lives in Gretna with her husband, Seth, and their three children. She loves traveling, exercising, being outdoors, rock and heavy metal music, and attending concerts.
